Election Trades

First off, note that I am not expressing any political opinions with this post - I am solely focused on how to make money as a result of the impending election results.

I wanted to share some research I came across that tell us based on the results of the election, how we expect key indexes to react.

Note that the different candidates have different plans for the country, so certain trades are ideal for one candidate vs. the other.

Above are the key results to keep an eye on. I would focus primarily on the “R Divided” and “D Divided” as that is likely where we will land.

But keep an eye on the differences in the indexes and where we expect to see the largest move, as this can help you either purchase the index or identify specific stocks within the index that you may want to play.
