An investment bank note that came out yesterday stated that institutions are overweight European stocks vs. any other region.

To be clear, this is net buying, not short covering. This is really important and can help us identify trades.

Stocks to Target

Below is a list of various country ETFs to look at. I recommend charting each of these against each other to see where there is relative strength.

For example, you can view India (blue) vs. China (orange) and look at the massive divergence between the two:

These sorts of divergences are critical to understand because they tell you where money is flowing.
