Stocks Added to Nasdaq
Upon after hours market close on Friday (8 PM ET), the Nasdaq announced the stocks that are going to be added/dropped from the index.
The names that were added to the Nasdaq are:
PLTR MSTR AXON
The names that were dropped from the Nasdaq are:
SMCI MRNA ILMN
For the stocks that were added to the Nasdaq, this is very bullish because it means that the stock needs to be bought to be added to the index. Conversely, it is bearish for the names dropped.
Stocks to Watch
PLTR is an important name to watch and I want to provide key levels for everyone to be aware of:
I wouldnโt be surprised if we test or even break that high of $82.72 today. Keep this name on your watchlist.
MSTR is also an important name to watch, especially with the strength in Bitcoin that we saw this weekend.
We are breaking above peak VWAPs and have room to run. Watch your peak VWAPs as you trade the name but I do see it moving higher.
