📈 NVDA Benefits These Sectors...
These sectors are bullish based on Huang's earnings comments.
NVDA Earnings
On Wednesday, NVDA released earnings.
Earnings were received positively but some comments about slowing sequential growth and potential overheating issues with their Blackwell chip caused uncertainty.
We did learn a lot about other sectors that stand to benefit based on NVDA’s business and where they need to improve to see growth. Let’s dive into it.
VRT and Nuclear Names Benefit
First, VRT stands to benefit greatly from the Blackwell chip facing overheating issues. VRT provides data center solutions that are able to cool the chips.
They are the most prominent/established name with this capability. Therefore, NVDA will work with VRT to aid in optimizing their Blackwell chip.
They have a lot of time, money, and resources invested into this chip, so it makes sense that they would work with VRT, the leader for this solution.
Nuclear names also stand to benefit greatly and saw a ton of volume come into them yesterday. Names such as OKLO SMR NNE VST CEG.
NVDA stated that another limitation for them is power. We know that they are looking to expand their usage of nuclear energy to fuel their growth, making these names very interesting to look at right now.
I walk through the names I traded yesterday and have on watch today in the video below.
