Semiconductor Rotation

Over the last few days we have seen a clear trend of rotation back into semiconductor names.

You can see above that of all of the sectors, semiconductors saw the strongest buying yesterday by a pretty wide margin.

Stocks to Watch

Names such as NVDA and AVGO had been quiet for a long time but are now starting to see buying volume come in. They are two clear leaders within the semiconductor space.

However, there are more beaten down names that are starting to pique my interest, such as the semiconductor equipment manufacturers like KLAC and LRCX.

You can see how we undercut support and are trying to flip it again. RSI is also showing that we are starting to turn.

LRCX is showing the same turn.

These are names that could turn into long-term swings if we can see continued strength and holding support levels.
